These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of heyAnaya's website and services. By using heyAnaya, you agree to these Terms.
heyAnaya provides an AI voice assistant that helps clinics handle inbound patient calls, schedule appointments, and send reminders. Features and availability may change over time.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the clinic you represent in order to use heyAnaya.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
If you participate in a free pilot, the trial period and conditions will be communicated during onboarding. We may end a pilot at our discretion if the service is misused.
Paid plans, if any, will be communicated to you in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in your agreement with us.
All rights in the heyAnaya software, brand, and content remain with heyAnaya or its licensors. You retain rights in the data you provide to operate the service for your clinic.
heyAnaya is a productivity tool for clinic operations. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, heyAnaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
You may stop using heyAnaya at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in the jurisdiction where heyAnaya is registered.
