The service

heyAnaya provides an AI receptionist for clinics. You configure the services, hours, and answers Anaya uses; you remain responsible for your clinical and business decisions.

Disclaimers

Anaya does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. Clinical assessment and patient care are always your team's responsibility. Anaya escalates anything outside her approved scripts to a human.

Billing

Plans start at AED 1,500 per month and are billed month-to-month; the plan you choose sets the rate. Setup is included on every plan. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the billing period.

Money-back guarantee

New clinics are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you cancel within 30 days of starting, we refund what you paid for that period.
