These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Clinica's website and services. By using Clinica, you agree to these Terms.
Clinica provides an AI voice assistant that helps clinics handle inbound patient calls, schedule appointments, and send reminders. Features and availability may change over time.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the clinic you represent in order to use Clinica.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
If you participate in a free pilot, the trial period and conditions will be communicated during onboarding. We may end a pilot at our discretion if the service is misused.
Paid plans, if any, will be communicated to you in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in your agreement with us.
All rights in the Clinica software, brand, and content remain with Clinica or its licensors. You retain rights in the data you provide to operate the service for your clinic.
Clinica is a productivity tool for clinic operations. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clinica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
You may stop using Clinica at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in the jurisdiction where Clinica is registered.
